Step One -- Understand the Project To have a successful project, it is important that we can work well together and have a shared vision of what we are going to do. The first step is to meet, discuss the vision, look at what you have today and get to know one another. We will discuss your plans, vision, timeframes and budget.
Step Two -- Proposal Based on our discussions, we will put together a proposal for your review. We will meet to review it and make sure that it meets your needs. If you accept the proposal, we will finalize our schedule and project plan.
Step Three -- Design Boards Many designers skip this step, but we feel that it is important to ensure that we have a shared vision of the final project. From the design boards, you will see the color selection, layout, materials and get a sense of the overall feel of the project.
Step Four -- Manage the Project We will manage the coordination of contractors, placing orders for furniture, materials, accessories and appliances and will check in with you regularly. In every project, there are details that come up along the way that will require small decisions and adjustments.
Step Five -- Completion and Review At the conclusion of the project, we will do a walk-through and make sure that we have completed the work to your satisfaction.
